Sure--but not everybody is, so the error you had wasn't ubiquitous--I
built KDE on Tiger, for example, but using XCode2.0 .
Nothing jumped out at me when I looked at your error output, so one
question would be whether you installed XCode2.1 cleanly or in place
over your 1.5 (or whatever it was).
