db42-shlibs is to be removed.
I had a similar problem a while ago. Apparently db42-shlibs and db42-
ssl-shlibs are not exchangeable. What you can do is manually remove
the db42-shlibs package, and then try to install your package again.
I have cc'ed the maintainer.
