I am on Tiger and using Xcode 2.1. Atlas gave me the following error: Setting up atlas (3.7.10-1) ... ranlib: can't open file: /sw/lib/libptcblas.a (No such file or directory) ranlib: can't open file: /sw/lib/libptf77blas.a (No such file or directory)
I am rebuilding packages with the latest version of fink so I will see if it repeats this problem.
