Hello, I just updated the xpdf package to 3.00-16 (on MacOS 10.3.9, unstable), also libpaper1.
Everything is almost ok, but I get an annoying error, no matter whether I use xpdf, pdfinfo, or pdffonts: Error: No paper information available - using defaults As an aside: even setting errQuiet to yes in ~/.xpdfrc is able to shut it up. But something is wrong because: $ pdfinfo test.pdf Error: No paper information available - using defaults [...] Page size: 396.85 x 595.276 pts [...] so it actually /has/ the information and AFAICS uses it for displaying, but still I'd like to get rid of the spurious error message. Might be connected to libpaper? c -- _B A U S T E L L E N_ lesen! --->> <http://www.blacktrash.org/baustellen.html> ------------------------------------------------------- SF.Net email is Sponsored by the Better Software Conference & EXPO September 19-22, 2005 * San Francisco, CA * Development Lifecycle Practices Agile & Plan-Driven Development * Managing Projects & Teams * Testing & QA Security * Process Improvement & Measurement * http://www.sqe.com/bsce5sf _______________________________________________ Fink-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/fink-users
