pybliographer depends on python-bibtex and
$ fink dumpinfo -f depends python-bibtex
depends: glib2-shlibs, libgettext3-shlibs, libiconv, recode-shlibs (>= 3.6-9),
python24
but
$ fink list -t recode-shlibs
i recode-shlibs 3.6-8 Convert files between various charsets

with latest updated fink and unstable enabled.
