The "text file busy" error usually happens when something tries to
write and execute a script at the same time. Fink's code certainly
closes the file before executing it, so it looks like something is
strange with your system.

Some things to check:
1. Have you tried repairing permissions?
2. Are you running an antivirus program that tries to scan every
file? Some people say that Norton Antivirus in particular tends to
cause "Text file busy" errors. (I have no idea why an AV program
would open files for writing though.)
3. Anything else that scans every file could be causing the problem.
Maybe some sort of system extension you have installed, but also
possibly (though unlikely) a virus/trojan horse/rootkit. Check if you
have any custom KEXTs installed, or weird processes running.
