You're experiencing a problem that can occur whenever you try to mix
non-ssl and ssl packages or switch from -ssl to non-ssl or back.

The easiest way I can think of to unwedge this is to replace
apr-shlibs with apr-ssl-shlibs.  This will use db43-ssl-shlibs and
svn-ssl will be happy.
