Dear Advanced Users

I'm running the newest version of Fink with XFCE and X.org installed
and all works sweet.

Now I also have Jpilot installed and I would like to sync my Jpilot
within Fink with my Treo 600.

In Gentoo Linux I get a divce called /dev/ttyUSB0 once I hit the Sync
button and I can put that path in my "settings" in Jpilot and
everyting works sweet when I sync with my Treo 600.

When I hit the Sync Button while connected via USB to my Mac OS 10.4.5
nothing happens. I checked all the logs in /var/log/ but I could not
find any entries related to USB or /dev/ttyS0 or similar.

I really have no clue how Fink handles the USB connection of the Mac
Hardware when I push that Sync Button of my Treo 600. I thought it
would show up somewhere in /dev/

Any feedback or help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Zeno
