Nope.  Only tetex* have been known to cause problems (at least to me).

Well, it's not that hard:  "sudo dpkg -r --force-depends xorg
xorg-shlibs" then install X11User.pkg and X11SDK.pkg, but:

Going in this direction means you'll have to rebuild most everything
x11-related that you built with xorg.

The primary thing I've seen reported is some keymapping issues with XDarwin.app
