Hi, there is a modified version of wine in http://fink.cvs.sourceforge.net/fink/experimental/jfmertens/main/ finkinfo/x11/ It 'should' be correct on any x11 installation (and also fixes shlibs- policy issues).
Could users with an i386 (and especially those having an X11 different from xorg) please download it and test it ? (Ie, download, put somewhere in your local tree _ or in unstable/main/finkinfo/x11/ _ , and "fink install wine") . Thanks ! JF Mertens PS: Trevor: Hoping you agree. Could you also look at the DescUsage; in particular, if those "export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=%p/lib" are still needed, can probably be fixed at the same time in one of the scripts in %p/bin... (and for freetype: should look how freetype is linked with...
