Hi Everyone,
I have a brand new Intel based MacBook Pro. I have tried everything I can
think of to install the Perl DBD::mysql module to no avail. I am running
Perl 5 and OS X 10.4.8.
I'm mostly wondering if anyone has gotten this module to install
successfully.
When using Fink I receive the following error.

I've tried manually building it by downloading the module from CPAN, but
that fails giving me the following error.
install_driver(mysql) failed: Can't find 'boot_DBD__mysql' symbol in
/Library/Perl/5.8.6/darwin-thread-multi-2level/auto/DBD/mysql/mysql.bundle
at (eval 16) line 3
Compilation failed in require at (eval 16) line 3.
