Hi Andrew There is a new version in Fink now, that should fix this problem: 4.001-10. Please do a 'fink selfupdate' and then 'fink install dbd- mysql-pm588'.
Could you please report back how this new version works? I would like to move it to the stable tree if it seems to be working fine. Thanks for your feedback! Christian.
