this has already been resolved in the unstable version of the svn
package; there is an exception in the GPL for system-provided software.
 Since apple provides an openssl lib in /usr/lib, it is legal for us to
link against that one, just not the one that fink provides.

The unstable svn package links apple's openssl instead of fink's.
