I'm working on a package.
So far it's in the "works for me, but needs a few things" stage.
In particular, I need to figure out perlmods and make a non-ssl version.

If you want to try out the "pre-release" version of the package, it's in my 
exp:
http://fink.cvs.sourceforge.net/fink/experimental/crhalpin/

If you want silc, you'll also need the updated silc-toolkit from my exp.
And if you want the content availability prediction plugin, you'll need the 
sqlite3 from my exp.

I've talked with the maintainers of those two to get them updated in 
real-fink.
