There is a singular-3.0.3 package in unstable now - checked in just a little while before you wrote your message, so it should have migrated to the selfupdate servers by now. Singular-doc-3.0.3 is not yet there. Generally speaking, if you modify an *.info file for building a new version, you don't have to know the md5sum in advance.
