Right now I am running fink stable and installing unstable packages by symlinking the info and patch files into my local/main tree. This is working OK, but it gets tedious at times.
I am wondering, how unstable is "unstable"? Can those of you running unstable report your impressions? I can handle occasional packages that fail to install, filing bugs, and looking for workarounds. However, I would prefer to avoid complete system breakage. Thanks, Jonathan ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc.
