It is indeed an old file -- 0.21. Which server it was pulling from is  
uncertain, but assuming it was part of the rsync selfupdate process,  
I had been using rsync://msn.wi.us.finkmirrors.net/finkinfo/. It is  
now the master server, and working perfectly now.
