After clicking on the tab which apparently was the font tab, I finally
found a font name in the qtrc file. Here's the result:

[General]
GUIEffects=none^e
XIMInputStyle=On The Spot
cursorFlashTime=1000
doubleClickInterval=400
embedFonts=true
font=Hershey Plain Duplex Italic,36,-1,5,50,0,0,0,0,0
fontPath=\0
globalStrut=0^e0^e
resolveSymlinks=true
style=Motif
useRtlExtensions=false
wheelScrollLines=3
