Right now you're only looking at the point release--those packages
that were in the stable tree at the time the 0.9.0 binary distribution
was made. Evolution was added to stable after that.
Run a "fink selfupdate-rsync" or "fink selfupdate-cvs" and you'll get
the more recent package descriptions.

It's in Fink now (version 2.12.3), and is even in the stable/crypto
tree. (10.4 and 10.5)
