After installing the fink version of sed, and running:
$ sudo fink -b install evolution evolution-data-server evolution-exchange
evolution-webcal
All the elements installed.
But when you try to actually run it - it just bombs.
$ ./evolution
CalDAV Eplugin starting up ...
(evolution:71214): camel-WARNING **: Failed to initialize NSS
