It has some interesting, er, features, but may well be usable for you, depending on your work patterns. I recommend not using Spaces at the same time, or at least restricting X11 and all your X11 windows/apps to a single Space. Have a look on the xquartz mailing list for more details on its current functionality. I'm not currently using it for real work, but that's partly because the optimal way (for me) to set it up involves some fiddling with xinitrc.d files and I simply haven't had time to do that yet. I am using this version in rootless mode and it is very stable (10 days since my last login). -- Viv ________________________________________________ Dr Viv Kendon http://quantum.leeds.ac.uk/~viv tel: +44 113 343 4864 Physics and Astronomy Quantum Information Group University of Leeds ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This SF.net email is sponsored by: SourcForge Community SourceForge wants to tell your story. http://p.sf.net/sfu/sf-spreadtheword _______________________________________________ Fink-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/fink-users
