It seems that currently the mirror rsync://msn.wi.us.finkmirrors.net/finkinfo/ is broken. Another one that is broken is rsync://trd.no.eu.finkmirrors.net/finkinfo/, it gives "Connection refused". All other mirrors seem to work normally at the moment.
