True. I got confused because I'm in another continent and fink  
configure only showed one option. Choosing North America and United  
States works though.

* Run fink configure. If Fink asks you a question and you want to keep  
the current setting, type Enter.
* Answer Y to the question All mirrors are set. Do you want to change  
them?
* Type Enter (default answer) on that master mirrors question.
* Choose North America as the continent.
* Choose United States as the country.
* When Fink asks you Choose a mirror for 'Rsync SelfUpdate', choose a  
mirror other than msn.wi.us.
* When Fink asks you Choose a mirror for 'Apt-Get Repository', choose  
a mirror other than msn.wi.us.
