Dear All,
Yesterday I installed xcode313_2736 ( I had xcode312_2621)
My fink installation is working properly. Just now I ran
"fink -v selfupdate" followed by "fink -v update-all"
The glib2 and gnome packages were updated and afterwards
everything (gnuplot, dx, xfig, etc) are working ok.
---But, spotlight indexing freezes at about 23% and the estimated
time makes no sense -271234235235
and mdworker is working all time at around 75% of CPU
I repaired the disk permissions with Disk Utill booting
from the Leopard DVD
and then did
"sudo mdutil -E / "
to no avail. Spotlight indexing freezes again, and mdworker is stuck.
Could you please help me?
