Fixed apparently on just trying again (and reinstalling xcode also just
because), as that webpage suggests might happen - sorry about that! Other
problems but they don't fall under the category of "x11 missing" anymore and
apparently some things are compiling, which was not the case earlier. Much
appreciated!
