One is that the local/injected tree was removed from your Fink installation (IIRC it is removed soon after a successful installation or upgrade) but the corresponding entry in / sw/etc/fink.conf wasn't removed. You can do it manually by editing /sw/ etc/fink.conf: look for the Trees: entry and remove local/injected from it. The other problem is that perl586 fails to build. We'll need more information; please provide a transcript of the output starting just before errors occur. > Please help.
