Hi Koen,

Again, thanks for the effort in trying to get emboss-kaptain "fixed"  
for 10.6 (I'm amazed that you even have time to maintain these  
packages).  I (and the students with Apples in my Advanced  
Biocomputing class) appreciate it.

Also thanks for the suggestion on KEMBOSS.  I gave it a try last night  
and it has good potential to replace emboss-kaptain.  Once I play with  
it more (and tweak the default files somewhat), I's sure the students  
will like it.
