I received this prompt also, after updating CCP4.
After invoking "sudo apt-get install numpy-py26=1.3.0-7",
I was no longer prompted. However, I am running a fink 64-bit
build and was wondering if the sudo-apt-get install was
the appropriate thing to do?

Anyway, it subsequently caused 'coot' to have a command not found
error, but after 'fink update coot', it prompted a reinstall of
scipy-core-py26 (from memory), and now it seems fine.

Was this ok to do on a 64-bit build?

thanks
