https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3018043&group_id=17203&atid=414256 I haven't bumped the revision (to avoid forcing all the EMT64 from rebuilding needlessly) so you will need to manually copy the gcc44-10.4.info and gcc45-10.4.info files into /sw/fink/10.4/unstable/main/finkinfo/languages to replace the current copies. You don't need the patch files as they are unchanged.
