Hi,

I'm trying to install Kile 2:2.0.3-1002 via Fink 0.29.99.cvs on MacOS
10.6, i386. After successfully installing all packages Kile depends on
(including kdebase3 3.5.10-10), Kile's make process terminates with a
longish error trace ending in:

> ld: symbol(s) not found
> collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
> make[4]: *** [kile] Error 1
> make[3]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
> make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
> make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
> make: *** [all] Error 2
> ### execution of make failed, exit code 2

(I've done the "selfupdate" and tried again, to no avail.)

The full error trace and the corresponding log can be found in a zip
file at http://tinyurl.com/kile-error-log-zip .

The same error occurs if I instead try to compile the kile-2.0.3
sources downloaded directly from: http://kile.sourceforge.net/download.php
  .

Does anyone have an idea of what might cause this error?

Cheers

Thomas
