Apple's X11 server historically hasn't processed user startup settings, including your Fink environment. You don't have a ". /sw/bin/init.sh" at the beginning of that script, and you're not using "/sw/bin/icewm &". Try one or the other of those options. Perhaps Xquartz handles what gets inherited from the user's environment differently. - -- Alexander Hansen, Ph.D. Fink User Liaison http://finkakh.wordpress.com/ -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.11 (Darwin) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iEYEARECAAYFAk4p9lYACgkQB8UpO3rKjQ+VsACgm822z6e9jaOHt2CbDYrXrxon WqAAn2jWjlMxxnPFugRKoiWWQickw0dm =gooi -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 10 Tips for Better Web Security Learn 10 ways to better secure your business today.
