I took a whack at resolving the filename collision. Builds and installs 
cleanly for me and I *think* it's finding the modules I relocated. But 
I really don't know because I have no idea what this program is or how 
to use it. Here are the packaging files I used:

http://fink.cvs.sf.net/viewvc/fink/experimental/dmacks/finkinfo/linkchecker.patch

Please test and let me know if it works so I can put it into the normal 
fink distro for everyone.
