We're really recommending 4.5.1 for both Lion and Mountain Lion.  No
rebuild from scratch is needed to go from Lion to Mountain Lion--the
upgrade path is fairly straightforward.

Another option might be to get a copy of the gcc47, gcc47-compiler, and
gcc47-shlibs .deb files from someone else, and put them where Fink
expects them to be, since Xcode 4.5 is only needed at build time.

Unfortunately the finkproject.org server is down, so I can't upload my
.deb files there for download.
