It's in the FAQ: http://fink.thetis.ig42.org/faq/usage-fink.php?phpLang=en#cvs-busy You presumably modified those files in some manner such that cvs can't automatically merge the changes. If you want to keep your changes, move the files to /sw/fink/10.4/local/main/finkinfo.
