I have fribidi-0.19.5-1, intially built on 26 June.  There haven't been 
any changes to the fribidi packaging since the release of version 
0.19.5-1.  I just rebuilt it and nothing changed.

If you send me (not the whole list, please) the log from "fink -l 
rebuild fribidi" I can check to see what is different between your build 
and mine.
