Fink doesn't know about the newer version because the maintainer hasn't 
updated the package to use that as of yet.  We don't automatically 
update packages just because the upstream developers have done a new 
release.

It's certainly possible to modify the package description locally to 
point at that version if you want to do that:

Your error is because there is no 10.7 SDK on 10.9.  It's possible that 
a newer version of osxfuse might fix that.
