You could try two things: Either select the version of Xcode with llvm-gcc active or you can add PATH=<path to llvm-gcc>:${PATH} to the invocation of darwin_configure.sh. (Although I think that the latter will also lead to the "Unsupported compiler" report because your active version of Xcode does not have "com.apple.compilers.llvmgcc42" registered.
