We’ve never had a package named svn18-javahl, which would explain why you can’t 
install it.  svn-javahl has always been built against whatever our latest svn 
is.

What OS version are you on?  You can get the older svn version from our cvs 
repository, and knowing your OS version will help point you in the right place.
