In general, the best way to find anything  from a package description 
(CompileScript, InstallScript, etc.) is to use “fink dumpinfo -finfofile 
<packagename>” to get the name of the package description file.  That also 
covers the case when a package’s name doesn’t happen to correspond to the base 
name of the package description.  For gcc5 that’s:

$ fink dumpinfo -finfofile gcc5
Scanning package description files..........
Information about 8942 packages read in 1 seconds.
infofile: /sw/fink/dists/stable/main/finkinfo/languages/gcc5.info
