We run large simulations for long times, without running out of memory, so we'll need to know more about what you are doing.
You appear to be running on Mac OS X? What specific version? Are you invoking a particular Solver? Which one? Are you using a Viewer? Which one? Do you get this MemoryError if you take your noise out of the problem?
