Thanks for the feedback. We'll be forced to look into this before too long.
It will certainly get fixed when Ubuntu updates its version of Numpy as
some of the slave machines use Ubuntu.
BTW, you can always check the FiPy build status to see what versions of
packages the slave machines are using at
http://build.cmi.kent.edu:8010/tgrid?branch=develop
