Here, I'm going to assume a different meaning of "does not seem to be
localisable" and assume he means that there are parts of the code that will
not localize currently. Which I know there are. Somebody needs to go
through the code and find anyplace that uses hard-coded string literals and
make sure that they call either FireLocalizableString() or
NSLocalizableString() so that they *may* be localized.
