I'm predicting deadly hands and feet. Remember when martial artists had to register their hands as "deadly weapons"? Next move will be to make it a crime to teach martial arts to anyone but LEOs.
And of course unsupervised use of computers is reasonable ground for suspecting someone of terrorism.
The imaginative capacity of those likely to be blamed if anything goes wrong for finding ways to pretend to be doing something about it that won't actually work is infinite.
