U.S. officials, sworn to uphold the Constitution, have a duty to use critical constitutional terms in a consistent way in all contexts. There are other terms, "armed partisans", "guerrillas", etc., she and others could use to refer to the groups she is denoting. We must not stand silent while people who should know better hijack terms of law that affect the rights of all of us.
