I'm looking for sources that support what is the status quo in
non-shall-issue places -- it's OK to own a gun in the home, but people
ought not be able to carry guns in public, presumably because the threat
to others is greater from public carrying than just from home
possession.  I've heard this argument before, but I want to cite to it.
