I am no Second Amendment scholar, but this seemed interesting to me if only because I had no idea that my state even had such an organization.  On Friday, Hollis Wayne Fincher was found guilty by federal jury of unlawful possession of a firearm and failure to register a firearm.  That's a relatively common crime, but this, I think, is a rather unique case.  Fincher claims to be a Lt. Commander in the Arkansas Militia, and he defended on the grounds that the U.S. government cannot restrict his right, as a militia member, to bear arms.
