Well, we can use our imaginations. What federal carry laws are we aware of? National Concealed Carry for Cops (and Retired Cops) is the big one that comes to mind. I suspect that all cops are citizens, but it's possible that not all retired cops are citizens. Looking through the text of the federal law, I don't see any language restricting this privilege with respect to citizenship.

Yeah, it's not a big loophole, but to a lawyer or programmer, it's FTW.
