I posted this on a popular forum where the posters believe the odds are that the statute will be declared unconstitutional. ************************************************************************************** You have to wait 3 days, 7 days, 15 days or even 30 days to purchase a pistol to (1) exercise your Constitutional right and (2) to defend your life. That's OK. So, why is a woman's life more valuable than a man's? Huh? At 65, I'm at least as capable of deciding how to "defend" my body as a 17 year-old female. The number of fetuses that kill their mothers immediately is no greater than the number of burglars/home invaders that kill their victims immediately. Why is the woman favored? *************************************************************************************** ***************************************************************************************** Professor Joseph Olson, J.D., LL.M. o- 651-523-2142 Hamline University School of Law (MS-D2037) f- 651-523-2236 St. Paul, MN 55113-1235 c- 612-865-7956 [email protected] http://law.hamline.edu/node/784
