Hopefully I am not abusing group privileges, but I have a new book out which (in part) touches on the intersection of the gun control movement and the constitutional law angles.
http://www.guysmith.org/stb/ (available in all the usual places and electronic formats) One chapter is devoted to the "standard model" v. "collective rights" battles of the last 30 years, as fought in law journals, symposia and amicus briefs. A few too many pages were devoted to the Michael Beliese affair and how that unraveled in place like this forum. For the academics, the book's purpose (a modern review of propaganda tactics) and the forward by Brian Patrick, a prof. of communication, may be of interest. Yours in Liberty Guy Smith
