Folks, The Ohio Supreme Court has upheld the
state ban on concealed carry against a challenge under the state constitution. The
opinion says weapons possession is a fundamental right but that a
reasonableness test is nonetheless appropriate and the legislation passes that test.
This overturns an excellent lower court opinion that had found the ban
